Weekly drawing of equipment with burning of old equipment
We have a large hole from Sparta. Everyone throws unnecessary rubbish there and gets tickets. Once a week, a wheel or drum spins and chooses the winner based on the tickets.
- This solves the problem of old things being too cheap
- Gives weekly activity and leisure time in the game
- This can be developed and turned into some kind of fair or circus in the future

I prefer benefit to beauty. I'm looking more at the value of items so that people are more motivated to burn them rather than giving them away for next to nothing to weaker players. But if there is also something interesting around this, then I will be glad ;)

Very fun concept, I think this is exactly what the community has been craving at the moment. This sort of interplay is a good chance for players to almost "compete" against others even if they're just starting out. This can help break up the linear nature of progression by making it dynamic and dependent on the player's choice to participate.
