[UI][UX] Tooltip should provide information on a item if it can be traded/sold

Currently item tooltip does not display that:

• items cannot be traded
• items cannot be sold

Should tooltips contain this information or not. If so, how do we display it. Do we need rules for which categories of items can or cannot be sold? And how do we create the prices for these items
