Settlements in the open desert

Add tent-style settlements in the desert, where apartment holders can place their apartments.

Realistically, it will be very hard and take a long time to add all 10,000 apartments into the few locations we have scattered across the map currently, even with new cities that will eventually be added.

A portal taking players to a new area, with no structures, just plain desert to keep it simple. There holders can place their apartments, in case they weren’t able to secure one of the special locations.

It would be a private homestead type of location, a small area secured by laser fence, with 9 farming lots (or more for bigger apartments), a tent, and some free area to add upgrades to, like a teleport pad straight to and from Arcadia.
