Party Chat above Avatars

At the moment party chat is only seen within the chat box. It would be cool if the chat could appear above the avatars like local chat does however we would want this to only be visible to those in the party and maybe in an alternate colour to show its the party chat. Right now you have to keep checking the party chat to see any communications whilst having it appear above your head is easier to ready especially in dungeon situations
