Appartament renting system

I suggest to create rental system for appartament holders, not every holder is a player, not every whale want to manage all of his appartaments and not everyone will afford to own appartament. Renting system would make life easier for every side of the game - daily players, holders and non holders. That shouldn't be hard to implement and since there is no specific cryptocurrency for the game the appartaments can be rented with a paymens as a gold, player who want to rent appartament need to pay to the owner daily amount of the gold which is clear profit for the appartament owner, later it should be changed for our own cryptocurrency. Same system is already implemented from like 2 years in Aavegotchi and is working flawlessly allowing people which do not own NFT to simply play the game with all others and people who own NFT and do not want to play can reap the rewards for owning the NFT and renting it to players.
