Apartment Builder AI layout generator

Given the Apartment Builder was based on some input file, it could be possible to use AI or an algorithm (could use AI to help generate the algo), so that it could generate a layout for your apt, based on the size of tiles available, your furniture, your preferences (type of building/colour, etc, even a description free text). From there, the user could refine it manually.

For me, starting from scratch was tough, and even though we did have a randomizer, the algo was quite limited.
