Abilities evolution

See Vampire Survivors, LOL Swarm, Halls of Tourment.

This is where each ability has a set passive upgrade that it is linked to. Once you reach a certain upgrade level of the ability, you then get the upgraded evolution of the ability, which is a more powerful and cool looking upgrade.

This adds strategy to the build order also.
