The renew nerf accidentally buffed it

I think the nerf was meant to make renew only work if you stay in it, and originally it was supposed to only work on one person. However, the issue now is that it works for anyone standing in the circle so in duos/trios a team can all heal each other and if everyone has renew they can all heal for 3x the normal amount of renew before the nerf.
