The 'Inspector Blair' character just gave me a mission to find 15 bolts which i completed yesterday and got the reward for. When i spoke to her again, she gave me the 'i'm not a patient man' response from the surprised guy in the cafe who wants me to go and kill bots for him so he has a good story.
