Takeda Quest Completion Not Registering with Iron Ore in Bag

The quest from Takeda is not consistently registering as complete, even when the player has the required 15 iron ore in their bag. Previously, the quest could be completed by starting it while already holding the required materials. However, this no longer works reliably.

The current workaround is to start the quest with zero iron ore, initiate it, return to the bank, retrieve the ore, and then complete the quest. This has led to missed opportunities for players to claim the five pioneer credits daily.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ensure 15 iron ore is already in your bag.

2. Speak to Takeda to initiate the quest.

3. Attempt to complete the quest while holding the iron ore.

4. Observe that the quest completion does not register.

Workaround:

1. Start the quest with zero iron ore in your bag.

2. Return to the bank to retrieve 15 iron ore.

3. Return to Takeda to complete the quest.

Expected Behavior:

Players should be able to start and complete the quest while holding the required 15 iron ore, as previously possible, without needing to collect the materials mid-quest.

Impact:

This bug disrupts the quest flow, leading to confusion and lost pioneer credits for players who cannot complete the quest in a single step as intended.
