Quest Line Bugged: Zeph

Zeph asks for a Sepcial Syrup with his quest and there are a couple of issues:

• when you craft a Syrup and then proceed to craft the Special Syrup, the quest doesn’t regsiter as a step complete (it forced me to craft a second syrup)

• when going back to Arcadia to talk to him with the Special Syrup he behaves like the quest is not complete and it is impossible to finish the quest

• now I don’t see him anymore and the quest dsisapeared from my quest log
