Mount Movement Glitch: Random Teleportation Bug

I recently got the Broom Mount and have been enjoying the increased movement speed. However, I’ve encountered an issue where, during travel, the game occasionally glitches and teleports my character to a random location that wasn’t on my intended path. It’s pretty jarring when it happens, and I’m not sure if this is affecting all mounts or specifically the Broom Mount. I’ve attached a video for reference to assist in identifying the issue.
