Kusarigama Ability Sound

For some reason, the sound for the ability distorts to very high volume after selecting a level up when fighting in dungeons. You can reproduce this by just using the ability. I have to turn my sound off to make sure my speakers and ears do not get damaged. I am only using this right now to complete a mission for the guild. If you can figure out a way to mute this sound from occuring, that would be amazing.
