There was an AH glitch yesterday and afterwards i believe the glitched items were remove from our banks. i noticed that i have significantly less Nebulite now. I believe what happened is that when listing my nebulite in the AH and then pressing 'claim all' from the mail, the nebulite is placed in my inventory 1 item per slot. Hence, there was not enough slots and many of them were deleted/not given back to me. (Issue 1)
Then, afterwards, when the team performed the removal of items, my nebulite got removed on top of / when i did not even recieve them. Can the team check the logs for my items destroyed by the mail's 'claim all' or something and return me the items? (Issue 2)
