Increase the 10x10 canvas size for Large/Penthouse appartements

Right now the 10×10 grid size makes having a large apartment with 5 rooms the same as having a medium one as you cannot make use of the extra space that is supposed to be available to you.

We should be able to place 5 rooms of 36 tiles in a Large apartment but the underlying 10×10 grid forces us to use a 10×10 square with a surface of 100 tiles when we should be able to have 180 tiles.

This is a big difference and right now there is no difference between a medium and a large apartment in terms of surface as they both go over the 10×10 grid.

Suggested solution

Simply increase the underlying grid to 20×20 or even 30×30 for all apartment holders. It would solve the limited grid issue and encourage creativity with a bigger canvas that allows for more apartment shapes, even for small apartment holders
