Generator station should stop spinning when out of fuel

In the stream today, Webb showed off the power generator in the apartment and how it can be turned on or off. However, it seems right now if it has no fuel it is still able to spin as if it's on. I think if the generator is out of fuel it should stop spinning to indicate it's not powering anything even if it would otherwise be "on"
