Fast-track level up if you have recently leveled up

If you have leveled up within the last few seconds, and you level up again, remove the animation in and out of selecting a Relic, this takes too long when you are getting many extra levels at the end of a boss, which leads to an awkward start and stop selection. Could be other ways to speed it up too.
