Eclipse crafting

Not a feature request, but I’ve attempted to craft the Eclipse at 3 different stations about 6 times. I keep getting a bug that says that the items required are not found, even though I’ve verified that I meet all the requirements, I’ve been grinding for 2 days and just wasted 2000 gold to try to craft this item. What’s the solution?

I’ve tried to log out and back in, but it’s the same issue.
