Change back "The Final Push" quest to lvl 30

It would have been much more considerate if they had given us a heads-up about this change. Many players have been putting in a lot of effort to reach level 30 in all skills, especially in mining, which is notoriously time-consuming.
Those who already have the backpack have always had a well-earned advantage, but raising the bar even higher to obtain it now feels unfair. It will make it significantly harder, if not nearly impossible, for new or progressing players to even come close to competing with them.
