(BUG) On LVL 2 Stations, it is impossible to add LVL 1 Recipes

I shared that bug last week in the channel but I didn’t hear back and as we are about to open the apartment, knowing when/if we will be able to add quantities to our stock of lvl 1 recipes is essential.
