Boss Spawning and Oasis Healing Problem

At the beacons, the healing oasis does not always work and you get no healing. At Farpoint beacon T2 bulkatron will spawn 2 consecutive times. At Veraldia beacon T2 and T1 bulkatron won’t always spawn and you get stuck inside the dungeon. At everdune beacon T2 (although less often) the bulbasaur boss will spawn 2 times.
