Walking speed

Some players are walking faster than others. We don't have any info if skills or gears can improve our mobility but what I feel is the more latency or lag you have the slower you walk.

For exemple in Desat I'm walking slower but if I enter in Wefco Mart where there is nobody and less content to load I guess, I walk at normal speed. I can tell this by seeing people in Desat walking the same pace I do in quieter rooms.

In dungeon in level 1 I walk at normal speed but in level 2/3/5 the more content there is to load, the slowly I'll walk. At some point mobs are walking at the same pace I do, even faster and I can do nothing. Losing HP and die. And when this happen grey mobs shooting blue dots or mobs with jump skills can hit me while it's almost impossible for me to move.
