Create an ability that will transfer part of damage your team mates take to the user of the ability. Maybe add a passive heal to it also. Possibly add reduced damage taken off minions. Possibly add a ranged prioritization were the enemies will lock onto that player, even if they are a bit further away (technically, I guess when working out the lock on, u could minus off some range from the tank player so they get priority more often).
