After watching the stream, it is clear there will be a ton of work to manage guilds and apartments. Tracking the capacity/energy/output of each of your apartments would become a huge bottleneck if you own multiple apts. Even for players, trying to remember which apt you placed your stuff.
Player Tools:
Tab which shows what you have crafting in each apartment, and it's status.
Possible notifications that things are 'ready' for collection, or the thing ran out of power and is halted.
Apartment Holder Tools:
Ability to see all of their apartments in one place, and apply either individual changes, or bulk changes to them.
This would include: permissions on who can enter, allow list groups (multiple addresses in a bundle)---see AAVEgotchi for this, ability to give permission for people/groups to manage the Apartment directly as if they were the owner (with fine grained permission, maybe they can mange it, but can't 'take' the resources, etc).
Access to an API so they can pull the data and monitor using their own methods.
Guilds:
Ability to create a guild, and have a hierarchy of the organisation.
1 or more founders -have full control over all apartments in the guild, but can obviously be fine grained as above (i.e founders may not have access to get the resources directly from specific Apts, but there could still be a fee %).
1 or more managers (Again , fine grained, can do specific actions to manage the land, but not all).
1 or more 'workers', might be able to do lower level management.
1 or more members, general users who are on allow lists to use the guilds apartments.
API for management.
Developers:
API Access to Apartment Data.
This could allow 3rd party developers to create helper websites., for example Pixels:

Read only access for 3rd party devs, allowing them to create general tools for all.
Apt holders can opt out to some degree to keep some of their stuff private (within reason,. whatever makes sense).
API keys generated for either developers, and can be linked to APT holder wallets, and Guilds.
For Apt holders + Guilds, this could have ability to see directly into the fine grain details of the operations. Webb could either provide the UI, or give APT holders/Guilds the ability to create their own tools (or both). In this case, it could either be read only, or give ability to post management commands to the API (again, don't want to make it so people don't even play the game, but some features would be great).
Again, create a hierarchy of permission levels for each layer of the guild etc.
Possibly Open Source some of it, so devs can contribute. Obviously the team will manage the acceptance of any changes. Preferably add in automated testing suite also.
