Increase run speed

Seems the run speed was decreased to make the latest run harder…while simultaneously making the need to run around way more important. This is very boring and annoying.

Slow run speeds are not fun, revert it. We feel like PIXELS! Also the sprite run cycle also looks weird with current run speed too.
