Happy Grind Hours

Some people have free time all day, while others can only play 2-3 games a day. Especially considering that games nowadays last at least 30 minutes.

The idea is to give players 3 games per day with increased luck (or a diminishing chance with each subsequent game).

Pros:

  • More players with limited time will be encouraged to play "just one more game".

  • Resource inflation will slow down.

  • Busy players won’t feel like they’re falling behind.

  • Hardcore players can still continue to grind and accumulate resources almost endlessly.

    One option is to multiply luck by current energy. Example simple formula:
    luck = energy / (max_energy - dungeon_energy_price)

    For example:
    - First run is 250 / (300 - 50) = 1.00
    - Second run is 215 / (300 - 50) = 0.86 (I added energy recovery +15, so it's not 200, but 215)
    - Third run is 180 / (300 - 50) = 0.72

    I would reduce the luck numbers, but the logic is something like this.

    This is a smart way to enhance player satisfaction and manage resource inflation. Introducing 'Happy Grind Hours' with increased luck for the first 3 games each day could really help balance the playing field between casual and hardcore players. This encourages those with limited time to stay engaged without feeling left behind, while still allowing dedicated players to grind for more resources.
