Elaborate on what cast modes do and show which one is currently enabled in the HUD

Users can toggle the cast mode in the gameplay settings, but there is no explanation of what “smart” and “standard” cast modes actually do. This should be explained so users can make an intelligent decision about what cast mode is better for them.

Additionally, there should be an indication on the HUD somewhere as to what cast mode is being used so that users can understand how the cast mode is affecting their ability behavior.
