The contrast between the mobs and the background is too low in the Everdune biome.
It makes it hard to spot ennemies and process what is on the screen, especially when this is getting crowded.
This is a classic pixel art problem and you cna use a mix of those options:
adding an outline to the sprites around the mobs to make them standout from the background
using more saturated colors on the mobs to make them standout from the background
using a different palette, further way from the background on the mobs
reducing the saturation of the tileset so it is more pastel and lets the mobs stand out more
