Bank-Based trade offers for smoother player trading

This would help improve the suboptimal trading system we have in place right now, being brought up by many different players.

A feature allowing players to send trade offers directly from inside their banks.

• Players could create trade offers from their bank, selecting items they wish to trade and specifying what they are seeking in return.

• The trade offer would then be sent to another player, even if they are offline at the time.

• The receiving player would get a notification in their bank the next time they log in, allowing them to view the trade offer at their convenience.

• Once received, the player could accept, reject, or counter the trade offer directly from their bank.

This system would remove the need for both players to be online or in the same location at the time of the trade, making the process smoother and more convenient for everyone. It would also encourage more trading interactions, as players can easily send offers without waiting for real-time coordination.
