Apartment outer appearance should change based on total level of stations

There's been a general request that the outside of the apartment should somehow reflect the level of development of your stations/the inside of the apartment. I propose this could be accomplished by summing the level of all the stations in the apartment and changing the outer appearance of the apartment at certain total level thresholds
