Improve layering of interactable elements (i.e., you kids get off of my farm!)

Currently in order to interact with something you need to click on it. However, if you have a lot of players near something, it becomes difficult to see the proper element. For example, if players crowd on a person’s private farm spot, it makes it impossible for that player to see the status of their crop

This is probably one of the most annoying but certainly not the only instance this problem occurs.
